What is the Delite Nuts refund process?

1) I received a poor quality or damaged item, can I get a refund?
If the product delivered by us is of poor quality or damaged, you can return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
**Note:** Any damages or wrong products received need to be informed within 24 hours.
2) What If I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
In the rare circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the original item. In case the original item is not available, we will process a refund.
3) What if I did not receive the complete ordered product?
In very rare circumstances where you order more than one product and find that one of the products you ordered is missing, kindly take a photo and video on the same day of delivery and share it with us. This will help us crosscheck and send you the missing item which you ordered.
